Warranty

1. COMPONENTS We pass on the manufacturer's warranty where one applies, and we warrant that components we supply are as described and free from defects in the first thirty (30) days after delivery, when used within their datasheet limits. This is in addition to your rights under the law. 2. ENGINEERING WORK Any warranty or support period for engineering work is stated in your accepted quotation. Work outside that period or outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. 3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED Damage from misuse, wrong voltage or wiring, unauthorised modification, accident, wear and tear, or use outside the specified limits. 4. MAKING A CLAIM Open a support case from your dashboard (Support & warranty) with your order or project number and a description of the problem. We will tell you how to proceed.
