These terms apply to purchases of electronic and engineering components from INGREND-TX through IDIOT.
1. ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown incorrectly, or payment cannot be verified. If we cancel a paid order we refund you in full.
2. PRICES AND TAXES
Prices are shown in UGX. Taxes (such as VAT) are shown at checkout or on the invoice where they apply. Delivery charges are shown before you place the order.
3. PAYMENT
You will receive an invoice and payment instructions after you place the order. Orders are processed after we confirm payment. Pay only to the account details shown on your invoice or in your dashboard. We will never ask you to pay to a personal account that is not shown there.
4. STOCK AND AVAILABILITY
Stock shown is a guide until we confirm your order. If part of an order is unavailable we will contact you to cancel that part, wait, or substitute with your agreement.
5. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
See our Delivery Policy at https://ingrend-tx.duckdns.org/delivery. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Ownership passes when we have received full payment.
6. RETURNS, FAULTS AND WARRANTY
See our Returns Policy at https://ingrend-tx.duckdns.org/returns and Warranty terms at https://ingrend-tx.duckdns.org/warranty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. TECHNICAL SUITABILITY
You are responsible for choosing components that are suitable for your application. Datasheets and descriptions are provided for guidance. Components are not approved for safety-critical uses (medical, life-support, aviation and similar) unless we have agreed so in writing.
8. CANCELLATION BY YOU
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible; if it has already been prepared specially for you we may charge for costs we have incurred.
9. LIABILITY
Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned.
10. LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
