Delivery Policy

1. OPTIONS At checkout you can choose delivery or collection. Collection details are shown on your order confirmation: the address shown on our Contact page. 2. DELIVERY AREA AND COST We currently deliver within Uganda. The delivery charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you place the order. If you are outside Uganda, contact us before ordering and we will tell you whether and how we can ship. 3. TIMING We dispatch confirmed, paid orders as soon as stock is ready. Any estimate we give is a guide, not a guarantee. We will tell you if there is a delay. 4. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER Please check the parcel on delivery and tell us within seven (7) days if anything is missing or damaged. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection. 5. FAILED DELIVERIES If we cannot deliver because details were wrong or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange another attempt; additional charges may apply.
